I always think it’s important that you have at least two main concepts, which you want to portray within a narrative. Obviously it being a video it is important you have a narrative as it would look utter crap, therefore I have chosen ‘History‘ and ‘Time‘ as my main topics.

Here are the reasons why I have chosen ‘History‘ and ‘Time‘…

History:
I was never a fan of using social networks at first. I never registered on myspace etc, so Facebook was my first. Facebook’s history is very interesting; the way they portray the history of Facebook through the ‘Social Network’ movie to me is inspiring and lucky. Lucky being how he got connections through the twin brothers and interesting how Mark Zuckerberg turned his potential to reality. He changed the world as much as others did too. In my video I will portray the history of Facebook through many different animations for example background change, colour change and possibly font change.

Time:
Facebook come through at a time, which the generation of the internet was really coming through. Facebook wasn’t the first social network and won’t be the last powerful one either, but it’s been brilliant. Facebook is also known for it’s lag so I will portray this through my video somehow. I am not entirely sure yet just how I will do that!
